I must say that I was completely taken a-back when I came across a news station delivering news about a shoe meant to be a pump with no heel. The idea of walking around, wondering if I am going to fall backwards completely befuddles, and amuses me. I know that many people have heard about the Briton Antonio Berardi shoes which have no heel, and make you feel like you are walking on your tip-toes all day. Sometimes I think people take fashion to these drastic levels, with no consideration of what it can do to their bodies. I have got to admit that I will be laughing if I see somebody fall backwards in the name of fashion.

My eye was drawn to the Forum Mid Grut while window shopping along main street last night. I was impressed so I decided to check out Adidas's website. By far my favorite is the Men's ZX 500. Its a remake of their popular 80's running shoe but made with recycled plastics.
